Specialty Asset Manager II- Amarillo, Texas - 1300043682 Description Manages more complex specialty assets within The Private Bank Trust Group with a full and in-depth understanding of all fiduciary aspects associated within a given segment of specialty assets, i.e., real estate, farm & ranch, timberland, oil & gas, private businesses. Partners closely with Private Bank relationship/client managers in proactive client service and sales activities to generate new business. Also links up closely with a Private Bank market to determine appropriate resources needed within Specialty Asset Management to obtain new business. Provides creative solutions to complex customer/asset needs. May have indirect coaching responsibilities. Duties include tenant selection, lease negotiation, keeping accurate account of bills and income, grain marketing, property valuation, property inspection, coordinate capital improvement project, and work with FSA and NRCS to comply with current farm program requirements.  Additional duties include identification and evaluation of farmland for potential purchase by investors.  Job also requires marketing Farm and Ranch services to prospective clients to bring into the portfolio.  Candidate must also be able to support other areas of the bank by providing expertise in agriculture sector.  Qualifications Bachelors degree in Agriculture with a Farming or Ranching background with at least five years of industry experience.  Strong oral, written and presentation skills.  Strong negotiation and marketing skills.  Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Access.
